Relax Already! Is a program in mindfulness-based stress management
Stress is one of the biggest problems facing our society today. So many of us struggle with letting go of worries, quieting our minds and relaxing our bodies. We’re lost the aligned relationship of our heart, mind and body and the level of high stress reflects that loss. A body that is feeling overly stressed and a mind that is spinning is not helpful to our hearts or wellbeing.
Some symptoms of this loss are not being able to shop the racing mind, anxiety, not sleeping well, excessive focus on constant activity or an inability to appreciate the present moment.
This all creates too much stimulation and loss of the appreciation of the peace and stillness found within.
This 6-week program is designed to help you understand the wisdom of the body, quiet the mind and give you tools and techniques to be more relaxed and open to possibilities.
This is what you can expect:
- Six, private, confidential one on one coaching sessions.
- A structured approach to understanding the effects of stress and it’s impact on your mind, heart and body
- Homework. Each week you will have an assignment so you can experience the learning and deepen the impact of reestablishing equilibrium.
- Time tested tools and techniques to help support your wellbeing.
